By downloading, accessing, or using TreeQuote (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service TreeQuote is an AI-powered tool that helps tree service professionals generate quotes by analyzing short videos of trees. All outputs are estimates only. Final pricing, safety decisions, and all business actions remain entirely your responsibility.

2. User Accounts You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Intellectual Property The App, its design, and all content are owned by William Palumbo operating as Willy P’s Trees. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability The App and all AI-generated outputs are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of any quote or analysis. Tree work involves significant risk. We are not liable for any financial loss, property damage, injury, or other damages resulting from your use of the App or any decisions made based on its output.

6. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada.
