AI TreeQuote (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI-powered mobile application developed by Willy P's Trees that helps tree service professionals generate professional quotes by analyzing short videos of trees.

• To analyze the tree video using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini and other AI services) and generate a detailed professional quote.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your data. We only share information in the following limited cases:

• AI Processing Providers: Your video is sent to Google Gemini (and potentially other AI services) solely for the purpose of analyzing the tree and generating a quote.

• Cloud Storage: Videos, quotes, and account information are stored securely with Supabase (our cloud database provider).

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain your uploaded videos, generated quotes, and account information for as long as necessary to provide the service and improve the AI. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Contact section below).

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Request access to the data we have about you.

• Request deletion of your videos, quotes, and account information.

• Revoke camera permission at any time through your device settings (this will prevent you from using the core feature of the app).
